Haplotype pie charts: automated pie colors!

Recently I have been polishing up some genetics work and I was frustrated at the prospect of having to re-color the haplotype network figures by hand at least once more.  This drove me to see if I could finally get the R package 'igraph' working.  Sure enough, I was able to get it to work!  Here is the link to the updated original post with code and instructions.
